Perovskia – Blue Spire

Perovskia – Blue Spire or Russian Sage it is from the Lamiaceae family of plants and is a perennial, the silver gray foliage is fragrant and produces purple spikes of flowers in late summer early fall. It grows well in the sun and well drained soil but deals well with dry chalky soil as well. Perovskia – Blue Spire should be trimmed back in early spring to promote strength and bushier growth.
