They are rosy-mauve.

Astilbe chinensis ‘Pumila’ can grow up to 30cm tall 12in. Grow Astilbe chinensis ‘Pumila’ in the sun or partial shade. Plant it in moist and boggy soil. You should not let the soil dry out. It can be trimmed down in winter for new growth next year. Generally, it is pest-free. Watch out for powdery mildew.
